AT Engineering designed and manufactured a series of 36,000 litre tallow tanks for Bindaree Food Group, located in Cooma, NSW. Each tank was fabricated to 3000 dia x 6,000 mm overall height with a 15 deg roof cone and a 30 deg conned bottom with 60mts of internal heating coils.
The tanks were fully designed and fabricated at AT Engineering’s facility. The internal heating coil system was integrated during fabrication to ensure optimal thermal performance for tallow storage. Stainless steel construction was specified to meet food industry hygiene requirements and provide long-term corrosion resistance in a demanding processing environment.
