Workshop Manager
With over 24 years of experience in the industry, Shawn McCann brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to his role at AT Engineering. His primary specialties lie in stainless steel fabrication and welding, along with extensive experience working on farm machinery.
As the Workshop Manager, Shawn is responsible for overseeing all incoming fabrication and welding work, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard. He also manages quotations and coordinates the workshop team, playing a key role in maintaining productivity and quality across all jobs.
What Shawn enjoys most about the industry is its versatility, with every project offering something different. He takes pride in building quality work that stands the test of time and delivering results the team and customers can be proud of.
Outside of work, Shawn values spending time with his wife and children. He enjoys hooking up the caravan and travelling, making the most of time away from the workshop.
