Scope:
Design and Manufacture
AT Engineering designed and fabricated a 125,000 litre stainless steel heating tank for a client in the and pipe welding industry in Queensland. This large-scale tank was engineered to precise specifications, 3800 dia x 10,971 mm wall height with a 15 deg roof cone and a 2.5 deg plinth mounted bottom with 60 mts of internal heating coils.
The fabrication was carried out in-house at AT Engineering’s facility. Every element of the tank was designed to meet the client’s operational requirements, including the precise roll cone geometry, mineral heating coil integration, and plinth mounting system. The stainless steel construction ensures long-term durability and compliance with food-grade and industrial hygiene standards where required.
This project demonstrates AT Engineering’s capability to deliver complex, high-volume stainless steel vessels for industrial and agricultural clients across Australia. From initial design through to final manufacture, the team managed the full scope in-house.
