AT Engineering designed and manufactured a 250,000 litre plinth mounted stainless steel tank for CMP Oil Seals. The vessels were fabricated to a 4800 dia x 15,000 mm wall height with a 15 deg roof cone and a 2.5 deg slopping bottom.
These large-capacity tanks required precision engineering to achieve the specified roll cone and conical bottom geometry while maintaining structural integrity for transport. The plinth mounting system and integrated shipping skid were designed as part of the overall fabrication scope, ensuring the vessel arrived on site ready for installation with minimal additional civil works required.
